This First Keltic Trilogy Triptyc is in fact followed at later stages by two others options, being : Triptyc Two and Three, which further proceed to the Ste Baume, Montsegur, Aude, Ariege and other Provencal areas. These go indepth into the mythology of selected target sites, while always pursuing the participants main interest.
In fact, Tryptic One is much more than an introduction to some more intricate historical or delicate magical material. Since the early 1970s, the
Verdon Sacred Heritage has become as much a case-study of the recent development in the West of Tibetan Dharma diaspora interests, as such in this case in the South-of-France (same as Holy Island in Scotland UK, or the Razes in the French Pyrenees or other selected Keltic sacred sites in Europe), than it is a living testimony of the mythological remaining traces of the early Christendom Mary Magdalene, Black Madonnas, Holy Waters Wells and Grail Lore...
Our Itinerary usually starts with a retreat of a minimum 5 days in the center of the Verdon target site itself, allowing the discovery of the so-called Nine "Templars" Chapels and their surrounding Cairns, Dolmens or Caves, which are part of the Keys for a better understanding of the sacred heritage.
This first discovery always enfolds in a very open manner, giving to each participant the time and space needed for tuning-in the energy encountered from site to site, and to allow to realize what these explorations may bring on a self-arising basis. After the first week, we will then follow these historical traces further down to well-known cathedrals, statues, caves, ruins and monasteries that are linked to the Templars, Madgalene and Black Madonnas legends in the surrounding South-of-France regions.
This will enfold from the near-by Caves of the Ste Baume near Aix en Provence, to Marseille, Arles, Montpellier, Narbonne, Carcassone, then to the further away Cathars Fortresses in the Aude/Arieg Pyrennees regions which includes a pilgrimage to Montsegur, Puivert, Alet, Rennes le Chateaux, Limoux, St Maximum, Ste Baume, St Victor, les Stes Maries (Ratis) and other renown altars in this region of S-of-France.
We will study the relations between the ancient Keltic Christendom, the Cathars, Asian Wisigoths, Scythes, Nestorian and Arianists beliefs, as well as the successive Gnostic creeds migrations which are central to the understanding of the common roots of the Body of Light practices, as found in other traditions better known nowadays, such as that of Tibetan Medicine, Tigle, Chod and Tsa-rLung, being also paths for embodiment of the Body of Light.
The Ysland of Crystal as such, of course, also refers to the Keltic tradition of Morgane le Fay, the White Lady of the Lake, Elves and other Fairies, whom as as sentient beings are still well and alive in these sacred sites...
We will approach thereupon the similarity between the self arising of the Body of Light contemplation (Tigle) and the Cathars Consolamentum initiation of Light, as Spiritual Warriors.
In this sense the " Ysland of Crystal " serves, is and will remain within the abode of the Fairies and the Grail...

Caer~Sidi, the mythological references...
Caer Sidi, The Fortress of the Fairies is mentioned in the Book of Taliesin (Lewis Spence). That Caer Sidi (Camelot) was the Seat of rituals and initiations for Healing and Divination of an extraordinary vitality and importance to the Celtic (Keltoes, Keltic) psyche is no new thesis... The fact however that such mythological power, embodiment and inspiration may be re-awakened today, simply by using the synergy of a joint approach of the comparative study of the Keltic Grail Lore versus Himalayan (Tibetan) Tantric Shamanism, is a testimony we want to share with you.
The word Sidhe (also spelled Sidi, Sidh, Sid, Sith ...) may indeed be regarded as the standard term for "fairy" in the Gaelic tongue of Scotland, Wales and Ireland. While some reliable authorities further stress that Sithide or Sithde is the genitive of Sithd, a female fairy, Gaelic records Sidhe as also implying "hill" or "mound". Mounds and hills often are both graves and abodes of the elves. Which are very much in existence in the Isle of Crystal...
The Caer-Sidi equation today has become much more than an old mythical or archaeological Keltic remembrance. It is even more than the study and embodiment of the any Keltic, Vajrayana and Nestorian Shamanic practices.
On the site itself, it has become the urgent question of what we, as Westerners, are doing with our spiritual heritage in the light of these new emerging paradigms. Throughout centuries, there have been numerous governments, kingdom or creeds that have used the Grail Lore Mythology to conveniently control and obscure public domain. Maybe today, more than ever before...
In more historical and geographical terms, this "Island of Crystal" we refer here to, or "Caer Sidi" per se, may be simply defined as being the archaeological Mandala situated at the entry of the Gorges du Verdon, some 150 km northwest of Nice, in the South-of-France.
It has been proven historically as the seat of rituals and initiations for Keltic, Gallo-Romans, Magdalene sacred healing and divination practices, which themselves had originated from the successive migrations of tribes and beliefs from the Black Sea (Wizigoths and Scythes of Central Europe) and the Central Asian Steppes (Keltoes and Huns), and had continued after the Celtic-Roman times within the Holy Grail Mary Magdalene Lore of the Knight Templars, Cathars, Arians, Nestorians and later related Tibetan Mongol (Nestorians) lineages.
Since those times, the Inquisition has enforced its black mantel upon the archetypal soul of "Arthur", "the Land". Since then, the original Grail Lore, which by definition was promoting the Chivalry ideal of Service to the Community, has remained an unused vision and a time gate that needed to be transmuted, understood, organized from seeds of the higher planes (Termas) which help human to grasp the higher consciousness realms.
The best period for such pilgrimage is between September 15 and October 15...
